Thus there are three in performing an action: First forming an opinion within ourselves ; second, expressing our opinion to others; and third , Executing our opinion in action.

Understanding habit patterns the main thing that one should learn in life –and it is not taught in the home or in the school –is self-analysis. We should learn to analyze ourselves. If we really want to understand ourselves.
